Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

What to Do

  • Your order number

  • The reason for cancellation

Once we receive your request, our team will check whether your order is still eligible for cancellation and notify you as soon as possible.

Important Notes

  • If more than 30 minutes have passed, or

  • If your order has already entered processing or shipment,

we may no longer be able to cancel it.

In such cases, you may still request a return after your order is delivered, following our Return and Refund Policy.
