Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all health products and supplements must:

Return Procedure

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you a return form to print, complete, and include inside your package.
Customer Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our team will promptly resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Restocking Fees
OFHEALTHS does not charge restocking fees on returned products.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email with the refund approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
