How quickly will I receive a response?
We respond to all messages and emails in the order they are received — typically within 24 hours.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Our fulfillment team begins processing supplement orders within 1–3 business days.
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ofhealths.com or call 1 (800) 638-5072.
Include your name and order number for faster assistance.
We’ll do our best to update your address before the order ships, but changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch begins.
What is the processing time for orders?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
U.S. Customers: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days, depending on your location.
Total delivery time = processing (1–3 days) + shipping (5–7 days)
On average, you can expect your health products or supplements to arrive within 3–6 business days.
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Note: Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Depending on the supplements or products ordered, your shipment may arrive in multiple packages.
If so, packages may arrive 1–2 business days apart.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you via email.
If restocking takes longer than two weeks, you’ll automatically receive a full refund for that item.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We’re very sorry to hear that!

We’ll assist you quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your product in perfect condition.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting our Track My Order page and entering your tracking number.
If you experience issues, our support team is ready to help.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate after shipment.
If it still isn’t updating after that time, please reach out to us for assistance.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
United States: USPS
Can I return my product?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, email contact@ofhealths.com, and we will send you a return form to include in your package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged
In these cases, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Please ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original materials.
Returns sent without prior contact cannot be accepted.
What condition must returned items be in?
All products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No — OFHEALTHS does not charge restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
